TWRA plans North Cumberland OHV compliance checkpoint for July 28

LAFOLLETTE, Tenn. | The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency will conduct an OHV compliance checkpoint on the Campbell County section of the North Cumberland Wildlife Management Area on Friday, July 28, 2023, from 4pm until 11pm.

Wildlife officers will conduct the checkpoint in the Asbury’s Gate vicinity of Walnut Mountain in the Sundquist Unit of the WMA. Officers ask that you be safe while riding the WMA’s trail system, and be mindful of and courteous to other riders.

Riders under the age of 18 are required to wear a helmet while riding on the wildlife management area.
